ZERO STARS! I accidentally hit the place order button on my phone after looking at a product. I contacted StockX immediately, but they refused to cancel my order even after I explained the situation. When I received the product, the box was crushed, a protective paper wrap was missing, and there were multiple cuts, gouges, and scrapes on the product, which had a StockX Verified tag on it. Therefore, I had to initiate a return for a refund. One of the worst consumer experiences of my entire life!

Do not use this app!!! This app is trash. My account was limited when i began to point out discrepancies. Lost my trust in them. No customer service. The interactions i've had were email, generally automated respones. No live support. They sell fakes and defects. % over flat fee should be a crime along with other additional fees not included in the sale price. Buyers and sellers both pay the same fees. They post used pair sales from other places as "global sales" and shipping is often prolonged.

It's Kool for many different items from sneakers to collectables. The only issue have is the possible fact the company accepts credit cards only (no debit cards). I tried to buy some sneakers once and it wouldn't accept my card. All info was correct and I definitely had sufficient funds. I don't know if debit cards will be accepted in the future but I sure hope.
