I never thought that I'd be the type of person to need help smoking. I'd previously stopped cold turkey anytime I wanted. But this time I just couldn't quit. Finally I downloaded this app. I relapsed one time. But since then I've been good. Seeing all the stats, having the reminders pop up, being able to treat it like a game has all worked. Highly recommend.

This app has been helpful in aiding my cessation of smoking. I am now 2 weeks smoke free (or as the app says 14 days and 1 hour smoke-free). It's helpful in keeping track of your quit date, there's a game you can play to distract you from a craving (though I wish there were more games to choose from) as well as "badges" for time spent not smoking. It keeps track of how many cigarettes you've not smoked since quitting and the money you've saved. Would recommend if you feel you need a lil help.

It's a great way to track your smoking. By setting goals, and being honest with yourself. You are the one managing and tracking your consumption, so if you are not ready to quit, this app is not for you. For the rest of us, you can set goals, quit fast or slow, and track literally every cigarette. In the 2 days I have been using the app, tracking each cigarette, and WANTING to quit, I have gone from one and a half packs to 15 cigarettes a day. Expected quit date 2-28-19
