It's less a review of the app and more a review of the flight. It's the first flight in my life where simple water is paid. They delayed a race for more than 2 hours in the midnight, and didn't even bother to give a free water as an excuse. The app is the same garbage as the company. It's very buggy in the check-in process

It is impossible to check in online for 2 persons because app offers one entry for passport number for first person and then complains that 2 persons cannot have same passport when you try to continue to next person. I tried to use web browser for online check in and when I came to seat selection page it was empty and I couldn't click next. So with this airline it's impossible to do online check in and they charge you if you don't do it. How convenient for them.

Quite possibly the worst check-in app ever made. To add a dob you have to scroll back month by month which obviously takes far too long when passengers are over 50! What should take a minute or two takes over 5 minutes per passenger. Unbelievably all the info then has to be repeated for the inbound flight, what's wrong with auto populating with the previous information!! Would give 0 * if it was possible.
