Édit : malgré la réponse très rapide de l'équipe, je n'ai pas résolu le problème : j'ai essayé TOUS les protocoles, ça ne fonctionne toujours pas, dommage je continue sur mon pc (là c'est 20/20) mais je désinstalle du tel.J'ai tout essayé mais ne fonctionne pas sur mon A52s malheureusement. Réinstallé effacé les données, modifié les paramètres etc... Fonctionne nickel sur mon Pc (d'où les deux étoiles) mais sur le tel, à chaque essai de connexion, il ne se passe rien : je clique et hop ! Rien...

application Windows mal faite et instable. le service me demande régulièrement de "redémarrer les services en arrière plan" manœuvre qui d'ailleurs ne va jamais au bout et pendant tout ce temps, la connexion internet est coupée. obligé de finir toute les tâches de l'application dans le gestionnaire des tâches. bref une application à revoir.

je met 2 étoiles car je ne peux plus prendre d'abonnement. Il faut payer plus de 100 balles d'un coup et je n'ai pas les moyens, alors qu'on nous dit que c'est seulement une certaine somme par moi. Alors pourquoi ne pas payer tout les moi ? en 1 fois, je ne peux pas. dommage car il fait fait bien son job. Et c'était moins cher avant mais ça vaut le coup.
