Not a functional app. It starts and runs, but the service is not functional and the app doesn't actually help much of anything. Update: I tried reinstalling the app on a new phone. I do not have the ability to log in. When I follow the setup instructions, it tells me that I already have an account, but does not offer a way to sign in. All I can do is use a different email address and create a new account. This app is still just a tremendous failure.

The map is not reliable. I have seen the eta jump from 12 minutes to 17, 13 minutes to 12 minutes then 15 minutes. The point of an ETA for me personally is to make sure I am ready and at the door at least 3 minutes before the arrival.

only a tiny amount of areas are actually within the "zone." if you want to get to one of said zones, you would have to walk to it which kinda defeats the purpose of a personal transit service like this. just catch another ride or the bus.
