Horrible for English users The introductory instructions are in English, but after you establish an account it is all in french. I cannot find any way to purchase a single ticket. Perhaps one has to identify a very specific itinerary. And I cannot find any way to enter my bankcard. This app appears to be extremely complex with lots of features that perhaps obscure the simple task of buying a single tram ticket. We uninstall and walk or try buying a single ticket at a station machine.

WARNING! If you are a tourist renting a bike to explore the city, be warned that the 140 EUR charge will be on your card for 2-4 weeks according to their customer support, so unless you are willing to give them an interest free loan for up to a month avoid this. the terms that they can hold your funds for up to 4 weeks was not at all visible during the process. They have not released the hold on my account yet and it's been 6 days. quite the downside to an otherwise lovely trip.

Works ok, but only credit card payment and it doesn't really make sense that you need an account, or that you need to physically validate your tickets.
