Awful and useless app, has made me get a fine, and made me miss my bus so many times. Often the bus schedule is wrong, so I use Google maps instead. Not reliable at all, as sometimes it will decide to freeze and make it impossible to pay for a ticket, so you, once again, miss your bus. Plus, if you show drivers your issue, instead of helping, they scream at you and make you get off the bus. Which is understandable, but there are other ways to communicate which do not include being rude.

Sometimes bus tracking doesn't work, other times, you wait for over an hour for no bus to show up and the app fails to mention anything. I don't travel for leisure, I gotta go to work and pay bills. 🙃 App also still suffers from random log out from times to times, which is a pain when you gotta log in to pay your bus fee. This has been going on for months now. Plus, the complain form is like 2 km long so no one is going to fill it every 2 days.

Worst app I've ever seen. Nothing works as you'd expect it to. It's crazy unintuitive, I end up taking 20min for something that should take 5, and I'm a software developer, normally not too bad at figuring these things out... After filling tons of forms and wait for manual confirmation so you can buy tickets for your kid, you also have to get a card and wait for it to arrive through the mail. Then you get a pass online and after you've paid it says it will arrive on the card... tomorrow. Absurd.

However, just so you know, you can buy tickets directly on the app. They won't be available through the Mobib card, but they will be usable instantly. Kind regards, Lena
