SECURITY
Banking with Mobile Banking is secure, and you can choose your own PIN code (between 4 & 8 numbers) or you can access it with a username and password. And if you lose your phone, we can disable access.

I hope the developers are able to fix the problem causing me to text codes all the time when transfering money to other accounts even after disabling the feature. It just keeps on coming back

Got a galaxy s24 and app keeps crashing on login and saying I have wrong password (I don't). Have called and confirmed password and username & they reset but it still doesn't allow it. Mobile app functions separately from online web version and can't reset without calling customer service and waiting 25 mins in queue. App then locked me out and customer service said they can't override and I have to wait 15 mins and call them back for another 25 min wait. Just a really frustrating system to use

Samsung Galaxy s21+ here and every time I try to use it the app freezes my whole phone and I can't do anything with it. A full restart is needed and it takes ages to even register that. The app was perfectly fine before, but until it gets an update that app is staying far away from my phone.
