I appreciate the fact we as the drivers work at our own time , however, there are times customers keep calling for a pick up , an it may have one driver great distance away, even though the customer is willing to wait for the pickup, I think additional cost should be added. because we are leaving one point to go on a pickup which may take 15 -20 minutes arrival for the customer...

Could be a great app if drivers have more control over who they allow in their vehicles. Its ridiculous that the client gets to see the drivers info but we the drivers get absolutely no information on who we're picking up and it's worse when you reach the location only to be told you'll be picking up someone else. Rider picture and information needs to be displayed properly and to the riders in hot spots don't have drivers idling and waiting for you when we get there. BE OUTSIDE AND READY.

Easiest and best app to use if you are a newbie to Uber driving. Support is also very helpful in providing information that would enhance the driving experience for both you and your customers. User interface is pretty standard but basic to use. It also incorporates waze so as to help drivers in finding customer's locations more efficiently. Good app from Trini man.
