Ratings and reviews

The most appalling customer support I've come across in the crypto industry. I paid for a year's PRO subscription end of November last year using a discount code I got from them. Instead of a year they gave me until Jan 7 this year. They refuse to get back on support on their site. I've messaged them since beginning of December last year and the only reply i got was something along the lines of: "you can't change your current subscription to another subscription". Not a mention of the fact that they gave me 1 month and 9 days instead of a full year. I'm not inclined to continue using this app if they don't correct this error immediately.

Used to be good but now is subscription based and no true free version, even timeframes of charts are severely limited in the free version. I thought ads would have been enough and donations but it is time to look for an alternative app. It was good for years but nothing ever lasts and I don't use mobile trading enough to justify a subscription. Uninstalling!

Too expensive, I think a one off 20$ payment would be more fair. When you force a sub or make the app unusable then unfortunately it's uninstall time don't use it enough to warrant a subscription. The charts are free online anyway so not really sure why you want to push people away by locking that down. Want my advice change your model so it's similar to other apps pay per feature you'll make a lot more money. Fine lock off monthly view but it's 3$ to unlock forever etc.
