unable to sign in to the app. shows an error stating something went wrong please try again later. Tried after a couple of days still seeing the same error message. Also tried, forgot password option and got the same error tried to signup with a different phone number. nothing helps!!!!

the app ui is continuously showing message oops something went wrong, try later. it is doing this on a loop, as of the app has hanged ‐-----------‐------- Edit: 1st Dec 2025: No change in status. App is continuously flickering the message "Oops something went wrong" ‐-----------‐------- Edit: 5th Dec 2025: No change in status. Wonder if Tata is at all bothered about this issue and the business it is losing.

Dont Use Tata Power EZ . They send you additional billing post the Charging after a couple of days. and they Block your app access so you cannot check anything. They say there was an error in the system it went offline and hence you got low billing. I have more money left in the App than what I have to pay. So BEWARE dont add any extra to the app. Better dont use Tata Power EZ charging.
