Many Bugs, worst support - waste of money. I've had profiles popping up over and over again, only swconfs after in discovery I've swiped either right or left. Same way, super likes went to drain and their email support has a constant template reply, without even looking into the issue itself!! Seriously, worst service ever... Competition is way better, in all aspects

UPDATE: I reported all this like their reply says to and nothing was ever done. I paid for an over priced membership that should not have had advertising and yet I got plenty. I was connected with women in other countries as well as men even though my settings are at 30 miles. They do not use your settings at all. I was shown men and women profiles as well as everything in between. Even though I made sure I was set for women only. I have tried 2 cancel membership ship yet I still got charge

First, technologically the application simply doesn't function. It indicates that it's sending your messages or likes and when you go and check it has not. So it simply doesn't work. It also has authentication issues that loops you around in circles and drops you back into no man's land. Leaving you nothing but frustrated. And last but not least the company operates like an authoritarian tyrant. They need to take some customer support 101 courses as well as provide a means for resolution.
