A literal nightmare. Worst decision made to buy Microsoft 365 Basic. It totally messed up my Outlook, froze my photos after downloading them so I can no longer save photos, Chat service is useless in helping fix what was messed up. At a loss of what to do...constant reminds and deadline to fix but it only wants me to buy more stuff. Never again!

I've been trying to cancel the subscription and it keeps running me around but it keeps trying to take out $9.99 which it has once or twice when my card has been unlocked and I'm not happy about it I want to unsubscribe from this for I wasn't sure what I was doing when I was just checking in on the app to see what it was about all the sudden I have total drive that I didn't want

l have tried to update my account for the past few weeks and Total Drive says that they can't get My Credit Card ending in 1333 to be except with my Card Company , l called the Card Company and they said there's nothing wrong with my Card !!! So l would like to know why you (Total Drive) are having trouble with My credit card , And I have tried to update with a new credit card number and Total Drive says that they are having trouble with getting the info okay with My new credit card number , I
