seems app is broken, login issues. I think the failure is I logged in, but it still asks. I close the app after login failed & when I reopen app & I am logged in, immediately shows account details without logging in again. Whatever changes you've made in past several months has broke the app, too much hassle to use anymore. The website is more stable.

TracFone is a case of you get what you pay for. It's very cheap but customer support matches the price. I have a problem with sending simple texts. In one place, it shows that I reached my limit. In another spot it shows my plan as unlimited. Which is it? Damned if I know until their office reopens in the morning

Seems there's a logging in problem across the board...very frustrating when trying to purchase more airtime. I keep having to reset my password each time I log into the "my account" app. The only useful thing is a notification reminder to refill my airtime. Rating: 1 star.
