Ratings and reviews

I used this app a lot in the past. It was one of the best apps to use. Now recently the app is not reliable for booking train tickets. I searched for several different dates and the app showed that there are many seats available. However, when I looked at the IRCTC app directly, I found out that the seats are only waiting list. If I cannot trust the app to tell me the current seats available at the time of booking the train, I see no point in using the app. There are many more better apps now.

I was booking a train ticket, I chose the UPI option for payment, and after the payment was made, the app got stuck on the payment screen for a long time. The app doesn't show any booking, neither successful nor failed, but the amount was deducted. I can't even contact customer service because apparently it's an Al, and since it doesn't show any booking, it can't lodge a complaint. Update: The amount was credited back to my bank account, but then today it happened again.

The app is good for booking all types of tickets. But sometimes it doesn't work and takes to much time to open otherwise everything else is fine 🙂 and one more thing that is it show some wrong platform on the train running status.. but still the is good for booking ticket or flight!!
