Very disappointed with Ixigo! I've been using Ixigo since day one to book my train tickets and always trusted it. But last week, when I was traveling alone, the app showed the wrong live train status! Because of that, I ended up reaching the station 2.5 hours early for no reason. Earlier, the live status used to be accurate, so I didn't even think to cross-check it with another app - and that really caused me inconvenience. Please fix your live tracking system! If you can't show the correct info

The app is okay for checking train status, but the ticket booking experience is terrible. The "Travel Guarantee' s misleading. They charge the full amount, and if the ticket isn't confirmed, they refund only half in cash and the rest as a voucher. If you use the voucher and the second ticket also fails, they charge double cancellation fees. This feels like a scam in the name of a guarantee. Very disappointing.

One of the worst app. I have just added my PNR number, while I was tracking the train status the PNR details automatically being removed. The running status of train also shows incorrect. I was in the station and tracking the live status of train it shows incorrect location. It asked me a option "Are you inside this train or Yes to board" Instead of showing live status it showed train arrived at station but train was 35 KM away. They should improve confirm chances in travel guarantee.
