About this app

Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.
With the MyChart App, you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more
• View and pay your bill
• Message your doctor
• Schedule or change your appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit

If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.

Very convenient for someone like myself who has a 45 mins drive to reach my doctor's office thats also inside of a huge Hospital so to have the convenience of tapping into my phone and the app is a huge plus☆ Not to mention it's very easy setting up and navigating through the app for all your medical records, appointments, all your concerns, testings, results & even communicating or receiving messages promptly!!! I've been using MyChart since around the time of "covid" never one issue yet🤞

I love the seamless way to view my medical records, lab tests, and referrals from across my participating providers. the App syncs them. I also love that I can message my providers without having to call the office and wait to connect to people. I can also make appointments right from the app. I can see my upcoming appointments and my past appointment history too. I feel that this app makes it so much simpler to keep track of my health.

This is the worst app ever! I can't get into anything and had to spend over an hour with an agent step by step to set it up and now it wants to verify my phone number but won't send me the code. When I finally got one it said it was the wrong one. I kept doing resend but it kept sending the same number it wouldn't accept. I've been doing this for days now. I try calling and agents are always busy or pass you back to the Operator to start from scratch waiting for busy agents. I'm fed up with AI.
