About this app

Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device.
With the MyChart App, you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history and more
• View and pay your bill
• Message your doctor
• Schedule or change your appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit

If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.

I love this App. you can get test results sooner, compare test results to past results to, see how well your doing (or try to improve if you are not doing well) look at doctor's notes to see how they feel you are doing (refresh your memory) and message your doctor with any questions, check your appointments, set up an appointment and automatically add appointments to your calendar, and more!!!

Garbage app. Unable to use. States email sent but never received. Have only 1 email address. Links all go to flu shot schedule. Need to view test results. Can not get access. Since your update, this problem has been present. finally figured out how to use your app only for you guys to change it with an update. I wish I could remove the last star cuz you guys don't even deserve that at this point.

This is the worst app ever! I can't get into anything and had to spend over an hour with an agent step by step to set it up and now it wants to verify my phone number but won't send me the code. When I finally got one it said it was the wrong one. I kept doing resend but it kept sending the same number it wouldn't accept. I've been doing this for days now. I try calling and agents are always busy or pass you back to the Operator to start from scratch waiting for busy agents. I'm fed up with AI.
