I have been trying to extend my cloud service subscription for two of my cameras. But the application is crashing at the payment time. i have tried multiple times and am still having the same issues. Please look into this as soon as possible as the devices are installed for outdoor monitoring purposes which is critical.

Taking their cloud subscription is useless. The mobile app always fails to buffer the video from cloud. Limited to 9 downloads at a time. Download speed is too too slow, looks like speed is restricted from cloud/server. Device capture is not great either. Better to go with different brand.

The videos don't load from notifications now after the update. Trying to sell their cloud update like anything. we have laready purchased the camera, if the app won't work properly there is no sense in this. Need to go to consumer court if it's not fixed.
