Ratings and reviews

Using only the credit card function. All good in using the physical card to pay in JB, Japan. 👍 However, I kept facing issues when I try to use Trust card to pay in Shopee. Despite approving the transaction, Shopee side kept saying there is a problem. Not sure why. Very frustrating. 👎 Then came the next problem, I am supposed to receive a refund from Taobao, Taobao side says refund paid, waiting for bank to process. I asked Trust support and there was no resolution. So frustrating! 👎👎

Messages are pushed to my phone and appear in the notifications. When I click on the notification, the TRUST app launches and I am prompted to login. But after I login, there is nowhere to view the said messages. Instead, there are tons of links to upsell irrelevant and unnecessary banking services.

Applied this card a few days ago. Instant approval. Strangely was given 2 cards. Added NTUC link to FairPrice app. Tried using at NTUC, POS prompted error "Insufficient funds". Spoke to in-app support, Azreen. Apparently, NTUC Link card is paired with savings account (which I have no clue). Azreen was very patient and tried to resolve issue. Unfortunately, there is no option (no idea why) to unpair the link to savings account. And sadly, this card is not supported with Samsung Pay.
