I have been very disappointed with your recent service. There were a few errors and delays in adding funds. And today, I could not log into my account. cannot reset the password, on the website, it does not go further from white blank page when I try to log in. Being prompt is crucial for investment. I am not sure if I will keep using this app if systemic/techinical errors continue to happen. I hope you will invest more in maintenance and management and improve the serive.

l think the stake app is good and l'm happy with Stake. l have two accounts one for me and one for my wife. That l need to access separately via email and password. At the moment it asks me to enter a pin and fingerprint. But this does not work as l want to access both accounts so when l login it always needs an email and password. Can l stop these requests? Also is there anyway l can access both accounts under one login?

This has been one of the most frustrating user experiences I have had with an app. I don't know if user testing was ever conducted with users that have an android because it certainly doesn't feel like it. I can't navigate the app because they are located in the same space as the android system buttons at the bottom of the screen. It was incredibly frustrating.
