I have had it for a few years now, and I haven't had issues until lately. Transfers to the wallet started to not show up. I sent a ticket which in itself is very hard to do, because you have to go through their chat bot, there is no guidance on that. I eventually just figured it out. After sending the ticket, they just sent me the same walk through thats on their help page. I don't know if anyone is actually reading the tickets or that's automated as well. In the end, my coins are still missing.

I’ve been using Trust for a while now, and it has truly elevated my online transaction experience. The platform is super easy to navigate, and the security features give me peace of mind knowing my transactions are safe and protected. Whether I’m making payments or transferring funds, everything feels seamless and reliable. The verification process is quick and efficient, and I love how Trust offers multiple payment methods, making it convenient for me to handle different transactions.

The app works, however, it will NOT ALLOW me to buy, sell, or swap coins on my cell phone! I thought I had lost my $6,000. However, I just have to trade on my desktop, which is i convenient and cost me $2,000 due to not being able to trade at a peak price. The app isn't horrible, but I will look for something better.
