I paid for a subscription. twitch took the payment, never gave me my subscription, and refused a refund. customer service has been difficult, to say the least. horrible operation of servers. cuts out while watching and says bummer. after multiple times restarting the app. it continues to bug out. of course, adds on top of adds. beyond disappointing.

great app if you can afford to pay the absolutely ridiculous prices they ask for. unfortunately, if you can't afford to waste money you're gonna be watching 5 back-to-back 15 second ads every 10 minutes. it's unbearable. for streams that are doing drops, that number only goes up too. if they lowered the price to $10/month i would buy it, but the amount of ads running feels disrespectful anyway

The app feels great and looks pretty good, but after the recent update some of the pages don't work anymore. For 1 the drops page isn't easy to access and when you do use it you can't see the drops info or quickly go to a stream who has it active. And 2 the clips and shorts seem to be a little forced on you as if this is tictok, I'd rather it not be forced on me.
