This app doesn't work most of the time. When a visitor rings the bell. I don't get the notification. And it says connection fails. At times if I do get the notification then it won't unlock. Unless I change the wifi to 4G back and forth few times. And is SUPER slow. It's takes minutes to log in very very slow.

Takes too much time to get into the home page of app no matter how fast is the internet. Video call only comes when the app is open and someone clicks the doorbell. That means there is no use of remote unlocking and see remotely who is at the door in real time. Its one of the worst app I ever installed. Amazon Alexa app cannot find the app so smart unlocking is also useless.

Exceptionally slow app for a time based procedure. Everytime someone rings the bell it takes more than 2 min to open the door and more than half the times it doesn't even respond and hangs the phone. There is no video call or two way communication as they said while selling the lock.
