Our online pharmacy app makes it easy to manage your prescriptions digitally! To get started, download the app, and use your Walmart.ca login credentials or create a new account.

Your Walmart Pharmacy app account gives you secure access to the following features:

• Create a profile at any applicable Walmart Pharmacy in Canada or link to an existing one.
• Add new prescriptions in seconds and view your prescription history.
• Request refills for existing prescriptions easily.
• Invite family members or caregivers to help you manage your profile.
• Add family members to view and help them manage their medications.
• Choose the date and time to pick up your ordered prescriptions.
• Receive notifications when your medication is ready for pickup via email and/or SMS.
• Available only at select stores: Add a credit card to your account and save time by paying for prescriptions before pickup.
• Available only at select stores: Request delivery for prescription refills.

Ratings and reviews

Overall, I haven't had too many problems. The recent update adding delivery and payment is great except that it won't accept my three digit code from the back of the credit card. It keeps telling me to add a valid one...but that is the valid one. I can still order by going the invoice route but , until this gets fixed, I can't pay thru the app.

Good app but needs Biometric signin capability for people with movement disorders. The app makes ordering prescription drugs fairly easy, if you can type well on a tiny smartphone keyboard to enter your account password. Some people have difficulty typing on their phone, so adding biometric signin to the app would allow much easier signin using fingerprint or facial recognition. Epilepsy, Parkinson's, and other movement disorder customers would thank you.

I'm happy this all exists at all. The functions it provides work really well in my opinion. My only sticking point is that I have to log in and then verify via text message every single time. Why both? Can't we just have the verification every month or whatever? Also please add biometric sign-in. Thanks!
