Ratings and reviews

The app has a lot of problems, but I only use it to watch one program. However, at the time of this writing, the most recent update to the app has resulted in it pulling everything for TBS instead of TNT-- the streams/programming, log-in, the profile info and contact us portion all lead to TBS. As I already have the TBS app, and wanted to watch TNT programming, the app is functionally useless to me until the next update to fix this

Constantly have to reset the app. Can't ever watch a full basketball game without resetting the app. Usually just goes to a home screen. Won't connect back, so have to disconnect and then close the app. During close games it's extremely frustrating. I just want to watch the games in full. No interruption.

App is horrible. Constantly buffers and won't let me play anything. While I have the attention of the customer service rep reading this -Hey can you fix your app on the Xbox? Thanks. I don't enjoy signing in every single time I open the app -- EVERY SINGLE TIME??? And it also just shows a loading icon 90% of the time. Your app has like 1.1 stars out of 5. You are worth billions. What is going on over there? No wonder we're losing NBA on TNT. Here again. FIX ON XBOX
