BEWARE: I have used this app for years and have always had a decent experience. Today, I showed up for the parking I had booked and the parking operator said they didn’t have any space and that they had told Way to take them off of their platform. Way was AWFUL with after the fact service. First of all, they have ZERO contact info in the app (check your email receipt for it), and they make it VERY difficult to get a refund, using just copy/paste responses. Check Google reviews before you book.

I've used ways for a long time, but since the pandemic has changed. Theres different taxes added. So if it's 49$ for 5 days after u book. It's now 65$. Be very careful. If u have a large vehicle, you will be charged $5, $7, or even $10 extra. It's in the fine prints that most of us don't read. So be aware & read the fine prints on the lot you choose.NYC jfk, the free shuttle is dropping u off at the train. Charging extra for terminal dropoff due to construction.

Terrible, false advertising and customer service is anything but. I purchased a parking term for a trip I never ended up taking, and the purchase was pending for an entire two days meaning I didn't have a legitimate reservation to call about. Once the purchase cleared with my bank, and I tried to get a refund, I was told that I could only cancel before my reservation started. In short, if you book, they table your reservation until after your start time so you end up locked in no matter what.
