My app has been malfunctioning for three weeks. my Fitbit says it's linked but won't send data to the app. I've updated the app and Fitbit. I've disconnected and reconnected all with no luck. I tried contacting support through the app. link is dead. I messaged on Instagram, no response. I found the email for support through play store. no response. I've been using this app for years, as all the features slowly went behind paywalls and now radio silence? I paid and get no support? do better

I've been using it for over a year, and it's really transformed the way I train for the better. However, their support is unacceptable for a premium app that now charges as much as it does. I've contacted support twice (for major things, like my Garmin data not syncing to Wild.ai for months - still broken at the time of writing), and they'll take weeks to get back to me, if they ever do, and when they do it's with suggestions that are not helpful. Support levels should match the premium price.

I was recommended this app and at first thought it was amazing, even further recommending to friends, but now I wouldn't even recommend it to someone I disliked. The app logs you out and freezes when trying to log back in. I tried to rest my password in case there was an issue and got the wheel of death. proceed with this process on a different phone (Android-Apple) no different. I can understand this if it was a free app, but the pay is a joke.
