Initial Log-In Sucks. Just installed it on my phone, again. Still cannot get passed the log-in page. My email never works. company name just bounces back to log-in. It doesn't deny that one,it acts like it's taking me to then next step. Then it bounces me right back to where I was. There has to be a fix on this. It's not the first time I've had this issue. once I'm signed in, the app is decent.

Slow UI, photos have trouble loading. You can't pin chats so you're at the mercy of the awful search feature to find an old chat. Just figured out that maybe people needed the ability to download photos. Android version doesn't let you tag multiple people or tag in the middle of a message? Now when I click on a message notification it doesn't open up that chat, just an error screen. Finally just a suggestion that maybe if I try to add John Doe to a chat, I want the one that works with me?

worst business chat app. if someone is replying to a message on a group chat with a tread, and then you go on holiday, when you come back you will see that you have unread notifications but when you click it, it wont redirect you to the message, only inside the chat where you will need to scroll and find that message as it wont be marked as read until you read it. and yes, you read that right. no option to mark chats as read or unread. no native app for chat.either in the browser or via zoom app
