very poor app very un user friendly two options of either a full term or a single journey, no options for custom date ranges which means every event has to go through in every step and takes ages the app does not save a profile and auto fill which makes booking 8 - 10 events through the week takes ages very poor, miss the previous app the school used!!

IMPLEMENT A WAITLIST!!! Why should I be wasting my precious time of the only life on Earth the good Lord has given me, checking every day to see if there's a free ticket for the office shuttle bus??? Ridiculous. also, the tickets booked shortly before the ride are giving an error now so essentially unusable.

always late super unreliable app I beg you get a different buss service it was so late yesterday it said, "Due to the server delay, if you can make your own way, we will reimburse the travel cost. If you need assistance, please reach out. Zeelo" don't waste your money on this buss
