I do have an high end device. But since they have sent an update this app doesn't work properly on my device whenever I take a photo during the checklist it takes me back to the home screen with blue blank screen and resets everthing I tried contacting them and have tried troubleshooting everything nothing works, even today I uninstalled the app and trying installing again with hopes that this time it works smoothly but it always make me feel stupid.

I HATE this app but I have to use it for work. I get so frustrated I want to scream. Nearly every photo I take the app goes to a blue screen, restarts, and then there's no photo. I can't get tasks completed on time because of the issues with taking photos. I've seen a bunch of other reviews with this problem, you'd think they'd fix this issue!

App works for filling out forms and lists, but the photo feature sucks. sometimes it works fine, other times I get blue screened like so many others have been getting and have to retake the photo... sometimes takes five or six times before it works. clearing cache, updating, clearing storage, etc doesn't work. happens on data, VPN, and WiFi. Samsung Galaxy s24 (sm-s921u) running android 16, oneui 8.0
