I really wanted to love Zest: the concept is fantastic, the humour is actually funny and the range of recipes is impressive. But sadly, the app itself is barely functional. The interface is incredibly laggy, and it crashes constantly - I'm currently stuck on one of the concepts and cannot move on because it just freezes midway through. It's frustrating because the potential is huge but the bugs make it almost unusable. Hoping for some serious updates soon.

very cool idea and I'd like to check it out more but it seems difficult to import recipes unless it's a direct link, or you have them saved on Instagram or tiktok. all mine are saved on Pinterest and Facebook and pins don't seem to convert well. I like the idea of visual instructions as I'm an autism mom and advocate. I will watch for updates but for now I can't see using it much.

pretty good app from what I've seen so far, but I do see some issues: 1. it looks like sometimes the app is treating all my screen high as my "usable" screen, so some stuff get "hidden" under the top part 2. it seems pretty slow (I have a xiaomi redmi 11s, I haven't had such issues with an app before), maybe due to poor caching 3. why can't I edit the recipe (image and details) after importing it? 4. when sharing the link from TikTok, the app doesn't appear in the menu, I had to copy manually
