i applied for a delivery partner. payment was also done for onboarding. but it's showing background verification failed. no one is helping me to solve the issue from the customer support team's end. other food delivery apps are not like zomato. getting an easy solution. really worst experience. i used to contact with app also. raised ticket. but no solution.

Only 3words , Waste of money, Waste of Petrol & Waste of time , There is no income in this app total zero profit , really I'm so disappointed with this app 😔, Hey we are facing issues with slide option like Richard pickup, pick up the order, reschedule delivery location, please change this slide option to confirm this above issue, due to in rain 🌧️ , no use for phone cover, it's not selecting properly, I hope you will close this issue.

actually I will not give any star to zomato because it's just like when you are new you will be taken care of. but once you one or two months old this zomato team will show its real colour in every moment. means from your incentive to order pay they will decrease all the things. even after 12 to 14 hours work you will not achieve more than 1000 rs and it's included your fuel cost. very less earnings and support team very rude. fleet coach it's just for name here no support from them
