Ratings and reviews

Bad consumer service, all the prices of the products are in decimal values with less offers. The "Cash on Delivery" option is there but it's very problem to pay the fractional amount by cash. It's a very big issue to call the support, every time unreachable. No option to connect with the delivery person is also there. I'm using the app since many years. There is no option in the wallet to transfer any amount to bank account. Very disappointing experience is there. Previously app was much better.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with BigBasket's customer support. Every time I've reached out for assistance, I've received nothing but copy-pasted responses from pre-saved templates. It's evident that there's no genuine effort or personalized attention from their support team. Issues remain unresolved and communication is robotic, making the whole experience frustrating. BigBasket needs to seriously improve their customer service if they want to retain loyal customers.

Service is always bad.. Some or other things will always be missing from the order list for which they always cut additional money in the name of variable weight while refunding. Quality of fruits and vegetables is also not that good.. Need to spend more time with customer support for issues for your orders rather than you spending time to place your order. customer support is always not helpful. Better chose other alternatives apps which we many now a days.
