In general, I'm very happy with Yesim. The app is excellent, the support is quick and efficient. In most places the connection was very good. In Sweden, however, in some places the connection was very poor, or no connection at all, because Telenor, the network operator Yesim is dealing with, had a very limited coverage in the area. Other than that everything was great. I only wish they would be dealing with more operators.

Countless times tried using YESIM, but I always had to refund my purchases. Very often, the plan can not be activated or even will say that it has been activated on another device less than 5 minutes after purchase. very long wait times from the support. overpriced per country compared to other providers. after countless tries and last chances I will be permanently switching to other providers

expensive and bad connection, I bought this esim. thinking that it will not expire since the data per gig for the international package is a lot more expensive than other and the wording on the app said "no time limitation" but I got an email saying that my coins will expire in 7 days after I've been adding a lot of coins in the app thinking I can use it on my next international trip. customer service rep is slow to answer and it took them 6 or 7 hours to answer and it's been days waiting
