Ratings and reviews

The platform has suddenly decided to no longer send me verification codes via call or text. I can't make a formal complaint until I log in. I'm not feeling ver safe about my money with being denied access to my account for 24 hours. The troubleshooting guide now says there is a newer version of the app, but that seems to be false. No newer version from what I'm already locked out of.

can't withdraw crypto assets to wallet at all, meaning you don't actually own the crypto even if it shows in your assets. it's all a facade. Edit: Article link doesn't help, when clicking asset, the 'Edit Trade's popup looks nothing like the animated gif on help page (and no Transfer to Wallet option).

Ordered the card. Had to install this software to activate the card. Tried to use the card in a store, locked the card from three incorrect pin attempts despite it being the pin I set when I ordered it. It had changed. Tried to use it later that day, still locked. Tried to contact support. Got an AI chatbot after several links. No number to call. Only managed to 'raise a ticket'. Had to pay on another card. Update: 06/0/25 Now fixed, staff were polite, +2 stars. Process change needed for more *.
