Ratings and reviews

The platform has suddenly decided to no longer send me verification codes via call or text. I can't make a formal complaint until I log in. I'm not feeling ver safe about my money with being denied access to my account for 24 hours. The troubleshooting guide now says there is a newer version of the app, but that seems to be false. No newer version from what I'm already locked out of.

I logged back in to etoro for first time In ages, so am no way an advanced user. By following the step by step withdrawal process I was able to easily close a trade, install etoro money app, link it to a GBP account and transfer across. I commenced the process on a Saturday and they didn't update my balance in etoro money app until Monday morning. But as soon as it was in there I withdrew to my bank account and within 2 hours I had the payment in there No issues for me at all luckily

Drawing money out of E toro is just terrible. The app won't let me withdraw funds into my bank account and the tabs I require don't even appear. And I've read just about every help page to deal with this and still can't do it.
