Lovely idea. Needs some polish. Some of the app pathways are tedious. The worst part of the app for me is reporting prices on scrap. The keyboard that pops up for the price input doesn't include a decimal point. So, for instance, you are unable to type "0.05." I've been manually typing the prices in another app and copying the digits into the price input field.

I really just want to look up all the local Aluminum Can prices, but it only lists 3 places out of over 20. Guess I'll just have to call each one to see what their prices are. Lots of other metal prices in the app (diluting what I was looking for) I'm less interested in. With there was an app that just did Aluminum Cans where it stated if it was a Permanent price or a Pending Daily price, save the hassle of calling every single location.

Thanks for your review. We have a National Daily average that is updated on the app, but it depends on yards reports and users like yourself reporting prices. While we are doing our best to get the most current updated prices regularly, particularly with aluminum cans, we have found that our national price is very accurate.

I see they have added more salvage prices on many different items and metals. Some of these are good. Alot of scrap yards don't take what's on that list for those prices. I still think your off 30 to 50 a ton on complete cars and iron prices per ton. I still like the app and what it has done is make salvage yards owning up to prices and adding them to there websites.
