Ratings and reviews

Every few quarters I have to contact Tech Support because workouts don't play. I've updated the app, restarted it, restarted the mirror, restarted my phone, etc etc but can't get a solution on my own. It's a huge disappointment and waste of my time. It's hard enough getting motivated to start a workout, only to have the device not do the basics. The Mirror is just expensive piece of decor at this point. A real shame since the content is actually really good (when it plays).

Update. It was difficult to set up. I must say tech support was wonderful and very attentive. Now that everything is connected and working, I'm loving my Mirror. It's worth going through the tough part for the result at the end. Software version Mirror update doesn't match phone version.. Constantly disconnects. Can't get my Mirror to work. Spent hours with tech support. Finally got it working. Then the update caused everything not to work again. Got to fix this or it's going back.

I like the variety of workouts & duration that the app offers. The layout is pretty easy to navigate. What can be improved: 1. Adding a settings option that would allow me to choose to only see participants who have their cameras turned on. Why do I need to see a bunch of random floating bubbles? I want to see those who are working out with me in real time to feel supported & experience the group class effect. The bubbles with videos can also be bigger. 2. Please add workouts that are 20min :)
