Very dissatisfied with DEI overall. When the app was updated one of my accounts was removed.!! There's no option on the app to enter the information again and therefore I cannot monitor the billing being that we live overseas. Your response is unacceptable and nonsense. I only use one email address and the system immediately gives notification that the email cannot be used again!!! Please resolve the problem and add a box in the app to entter contract accounts.

The app doesn't let me pay my electrical bill with a Mastercard. It doesn't even let me use it since the latest update. It was working okay before. I'm going back to paper bills. I can't waste my time trying to login every time you guys do an update. App doesn't keep my login information. Please add a way to make the app remember credentials!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times to no avail.

so WHEN are you going to build a proper app??? you ask upon payment to input a phone number. it has the drop down list of countries. as i dont have a greek number i cannot insert an Australian phone number and have the payment accepted. WHO built this app? WHY is it still not functioning properly???? disgraceful , inconveniencing thousands of home owners!
