This app is good BUT !!! The local staff are lazy as hell, they don't receive calls, they arrive very late sometimes 2 to 3 days later, it takes a few days just to resolve simple problems. Overall the customer service at the local level is disastrous. Looking for other good internet service providers.

The app is practically useless when the internet is down. Even if I have another internet connection, it still shows the router as “offline” and won’t let me access or manage the settings. A router control app should work locally on the network, not depend entirely on the ISP’s connection. Very disappointing

I'm so disappoint with world link , when I try to add devices in white list it take 5 min for loading then it gives something is wrong. I tried 30 min for whitelisted 4 devices. At last the devices are in whitelist mode but the devices are not connected . please solved the problems 🙏🙏🙏
