Ratings and reviews

They updated the app and replaced "unique stays" with services. Why would anyone rather search for services INSTEAD of unique stays? If they wanted to add something that draws more profit, then ADD it. Don't take away the coolest part of this app. Now, there is no way to search by type. There was a Castles feature, a tree house feature, & all different types of cool places before. you could browse by type and choose an adventure purely based on that. now thats just gone. so is the "go anywhere"

At first, I was really excited to book a place and go through the listing, but then airbnb changed their layout on the options like luxe, mansions, cabins, etc... and had replaced it with just homes, services, and experiences, I'm now very limited to where or what I want to book as my listing does not come up anymore. If this was an update, it is a horrible update. What a way to restrict places. such a disappointment... truly.

The app is fairly easy to navigate, except when trying to get in contact with support. In order to get in contact with support, there are so many steps and it's never useful. They request every time that a new ticket be opened and they give you the run around. By the time I was able to get in contact with someone, my issue was closed and given an automated response. Extremely horrible user experience. I would stay away in case your stay doesn't go as planned, you'll never be given help.
