I'm not sure how you go from the original winning formula of a easy to navigate pickup/ arrival menu to what you have now. I literally can't tell if I have ordered the cab or not. I assume this is to make sure you ''schedule' a ride rather than order a ride so they can change the fare without you being notified. The app is terrible and it feels like the company has forgotten what made it ahead of the game. Find a local alternative
No privacy ...so it wont let my phone send the app to sd card giant waist of space. Peaked up prices crashes sends my driver to wrong pick up locations making me pay an extra dollar for them being late you have got to be kidding uber you suck now
Charged a cancellation fee when the driver cancelled the trip with out ever stopping to let me in the car I hate this company and the piss poor customer service maybe if people stop discriminating they wouldn't pull off as soon as they see you and cancel the ride charging me a $5 fee and I still had to pay for another UBER I hate this company
I was outside Canada and when I needed it more it fail!!! it kept asking to confirm my account but it didn't send the SMS. I was using normally until one month before that, I do not recommend if you are traveling!!!
India, Hell driver was not standing at my and asked me to cancel the ride instead Of himself. More surprisingly uber charged me Rs. 42 at the expense of his immoral behavior.
THIS APP ONLY WORKS WITH LOCATION TURNED ON. They DO NOT say this!!! And give you the option to enter addresses manually, but doesn't work when you try!!!! TURN ON LOCATION.
