Convenient service I love the convenience of the service. I don't like how it underestimates the time for the driver to get to you and so you can't cancel without penalty, but ETA is, say 2 minutes, for over 10 minutes while I see cabs driving by which I could have taken instead. That seems unfair to me.
Needs a new driver/pax additional app Would like to see a feature where we can communicate with driver using some sort of internal Whatsapp kinda tool. I was recently in another country where I had no phone service but was on WiFi. Driver couldn't identify which was my hotel, option on pick up location did not allow me to detail driver of my position. We finally met, but after much wondering where we were and where driver was. No specs on color of vehicle were provided.
Drivers complain Some drivers r not educated. I had a free ride last week after reaching to my destination the driver swiped his phone screen the bill was 0.81 PKR but he demanded 81 rupees from me. I was like what the f****. What r u saying it does not even worth one 1.00 PKR. But he persistently took 80 PKR RUPEES from me. I was so disappointed. Please give me my free ride Back. Then I will rate it 5 stars.
Its best for online taxi Only one limitation. There is no option of booking later(future) ride with predesided timing.
Over charged I am using for quite some time but what today i experienced was just not tolerable. Charged me for 2 tolls what the hell in fare estimate it showed me 90 - 114 and i had to pay 168 bucks . Its just so annoying. . I henceforth will not use this uber .. and recommend same to my colleagues and friends
Too much charging Why do you guys charge me 3 times, just for a one ride trip? The cost of the ride was $4.10 and you guys took away $13.63 from my card.
