I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

WORST EXPERIENCE! They say I'm not eligible. They have put me on waitlist. I have an excellent credit score,when I tried to reach them they declien my call, don't reply my Mail properly. It's not that I need credit. I have more than enough money to make all my payments. I just needed this slice account only for the offers. But you guys are terrible. IF A GUY LIKE ME WITH A SUPER EXCELLENT CREDIT HISTORY GOES THROUGH THIS, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT OTHERS WILL GO THROUGH...

There are few issues with the app and I'm uninstalling it minutes after using it due to it: 1. There is no option to change the profile name, it just took the name from me email. 2. There is no option to turn off the vibrations which occurs while using and accessing menus on app. 3. There is no dark mode.
