Bracelet disconnects everyday and sometimes won't connect. The app doesn't appear on my list to prevent it from sleeping. The app keeps telling me No Internet Connection when my phone is connected to wifi. Time zone is correct. Great idea but very buggy. I see others have had the same problem. I'd expect the developers to fix the problem by now. All they do is tell people to contact support. Just fix the problem in the updates. My partner doesn't even try to get theirs to connect anymore.

It's amazing when it works, but sadly, at least on my Android, I constantly get kicked out of the app, have to relog in, and it says I have no internet connection. when I clearly do. I honestly have no idea how this could even possibly happen, but it makes it impossible to send anything from my bracelet, or my phone, because I can't even log into the app to do anything. Happens maybe two or three times a month. Consistently.

My bf's bracelet works fully. Mine, on the other hand, does not. I can send stuff to him, but when he sends it to me, nothing. No vibration, no light, not even an app notification. I spent 4 hours trying to troubleshoot and came up empty-handed. Even customer support stopped responding. We're thinking of returning mine and getting a different one, but with the cost, we might just go for a full refund and return. If we could afford it, i would have gotten the Bond Touch bracelets.
