I recently had the opportunity to use the Red Bas app, and I'd like to share some feedback based on my experience. First, the user interface of the Red Bas app is visually appealing and intuitively designed. The clean layout and straightforward navigation make it easy to use, even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy. The color scheme and typography are pleasant to the eyes, contributing to a positive user experience.

Worst cancelation system I have ever faced so far. My actual bus fare was 1250. When I canceled 550 was deducted under cancelation charges. I have never seen these many charges. I'm not going to use the app again. Also updates or notifications comes after the journey started. It's not a service just business very greedy business. This is new (27-07-2024). I have to pay extra charge when the rider didn't arrived even after accepting the ride. Didn't moved from the same place. I booked from other.

It is okay if there is no problem with your booking, but if there is a problem then you will never get a way to contact their support team directly, only via slow and dumb bot. My earliest experience with their booking was incorrect boarding instructions, I've tried multiple times contacting them to get the correct instruction and location but had no hope until the bus was coming and I still haven't get proper guidance where to take the bus, it was very vague and unclear, avoid KKKL bus from SG!
