I could not access my tickets and was advised to re-download the app. Now, I can't even get passed the first page of terms. I have tried at least a dozen times over the past few days. No access to app, no access to lineups, no access to tickets and no help to get it fixed. I have had the app for 7 years and this is the first year that problems have started.

I'm unable to access my tickets via the CMA app, nor the TM app. these two apps do not and won't connect. I'm not sure how to access my tickets for the fest this coming Thursday/week. I've accessed different wi-fi's, turned off and on my router/modem and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm freaking out and am getting more upset each time I try!!!

For the games it forces you to put your number in to verify. But the verification text takes about 15 minutes to come through. Ive attempted to get this to work for an hour on two different devices and have received over 20 codes that wont work because i attempted to get the thing to resend. Overall awful experience. Made me so frusterated that it made watching the show impossible
