while the ocbc app is ok. the "Raih" is a terrible web/ app. they almost always lag or freeze. a lot of time they show false information on your page. your points can suddenly become 0, other days you can't click on anything, or sometimes the page you're looking for is missing. it's sooo hard to redeem your points. sometimes i feel like you guys do this on purpose so it's hard to redeem points. please fix!

Suddenly My phone is suspected to be rooted while it's not. Hey developer please remove the usage of com.apps.N23 in launcher which is the same used by permata that give false alarm that my phone is rooted. I'm using Huawei P30 pro, and suddenly the app reported that my phone is rooted.

suddenly the apps can't be opened with the error message "the app cannot run because the device is rooted" fyi i never root my phone, other financial institution apps like BCA, Mega, UOB, Binance etc do not have the save probem.. please help .. tq
