I made my first deposit after installation but, my account wasn't credited despite a successful transfer from my bank account. I have sent an email, the support team promised to get back after 48hrs, it's already more than 48hrs now yet, nothing has been done, no feedback. what's happening? I guess this trading platform isn't accountable and reliable or what do you want me to think? pls, find something to do abt it. I have already emailed with my proof of payment. Don't ignore this too.

You guys should fix your trade timer and try to adopt that of Pocket option and I don't need to be blocked to make a trade by the timer that just shows up on the button to take and trade a few minutes to the end of the trade asking if I want to go to the next expiration it's really exhausting and why can't the app be portrait I can't copy trades in the way you guys setup the app. I expected the app to be better but it's worse almost everyone I know uses the web for trades,fix this issues please.

I have made multiple deposits which were successful and have not been able to make any withdrawals as there is only the e wallet option available. when I tried to use the e wallet to deposit, all was well and successful but when I wanted to withdraw it kept getting declined. I added a bank card and was able to deposit and withdraw the same amount but still no new withdrawal method available to withdraw my funds. it is very frustrating. I have contacted their support and still no resolution.ANGRY
