2/5 stars for this one. was going to post a classified ad, had detauled pictures (which is somewhat important when you want to sell an item and be fair to the buyer) and it popped up with photo credits. Photo credits? The app already monetizes using ad-impressions, but I'm supposed to pay, so more users are driven to engage them? Sorry, not going to be the content that gets directly and indirectly monetized. Pick one, you can't have both.

I tried to create a listing but there was no way to bypass subscribing for a month, farcical and likely illegal! also, the frequent notifications about promoting listings are annoying, I've listed my item, I can promote if I choose to do so, I don't need to be inundated with notifications regarding this.

Shpock - Now not a viable business model. Use Shpock very occasionally to buy and sell the odd item. Today tried to list a dryer but now asking for a fee. Probably explains why the listings have reduced by 90%. Sadly a catastrophic move on behalf on the founders of Shpock in an age where apps are increasingly receiving income from adverts only and subscription models are out of favour. Once a great little app. Subscriptions and fees counter productive when you lose 90% of your user base?!
