Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been using this service since 2018 with no issues, and suddenly I’m forced to go through ID verification and a selfie check. The ID verification went through, but then I was put in a queue for a call, had to verify everything all over again, and was told the system didn’t actually verify my ID. I wasted over an hour dealing with this for no reason. Extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.

This app is trash. My account got restricted and they didn't give any reason. I tried contacting support, there's only a chat bot that doesn't do anything. When I ask for a human it gives me a link to email someone but the link just crashes the app and I have to open it up again. And the phone number on their support page just goes to a recording that tells you to put a request on the app. There's no commission for trading but that's a trap, just use a real broker with actual customer service.

Very disappointed in the 3-year restriction for retaking the lvl 3 options permissions test. I tried taking it during exam week, immediately after waking up. I should have asked them to call back later, but I didn't. A 3-month wait would be reasonable. even a 1 year would be okay, but 3 YEARS? Absurd, and support was useless in resolving this. They were wonderful until this. I've traded spreads elsewhere and fully understand what's involved. It's a shame that they won't fix this.
