The app itself is a little sluggish compared to certain others (cough bezos' legacy, cough), but as a platform I'm always very pleased with Newegg. The bundle deals are often stellar and save major cash, even allowing me to build systems with DDR5 at a reasonable cost during this AI ram apocalypse. The no hassle return policy has been great and I've returned 3 "no longer need" items (I try not to abuse this) without any issue and full refund when I found better replacement parts, open/used too
